I usually take a walk when I'm depressed. I put on my headphones and walk while listening to music. That walk is for me to unravel everything on my mind. I'll walk until I figure out what's on my mind. Staying in one place and thinking doesn't help me figure things out. A walk outdoors changes everything. That's why I love walking to think.

Depending on the size of the subject, the distance is also longer for me. Sometimes I walk for miles with a single song. Until I connect that thought to something. Sometimes a very short walk seems more effective to me than many antidepressants. I even have routes according to the subjects. Yes, I love this job that much.
