Of course, the things that reduce the quality of life the most are health problems. But apart from these, society, social pressure, lack of respect, and empathy reduce the quality of life. No matter how visionary or qualified a person is, or how high a quality of life they want, social pressure can be a barrier in front of that person. A person whose decisions are not respected has less chance of living a quality life. Or that's what I'm thinking right now because I'm angry because of the disrespectful people around me who lack empathy.

It can definitely be an unplanned, aimless and disorderly life. Such a mode of life can completely lower a person's whole mood. The more aimless and unplanned life is, the more boring and suffocating it becomes. Therefore, having a purpose makes life livable. To make life livable, we must set goals for ourselves.
