I rarely wake up early. But I spend the days I wake up early really productive. Nowadays, I don't want to get up early because of the pandemic because I have limited things to do and I get bored more when I wake up early. But on days when I have work to do, I get up early and take advantage of every hour of the day. I also remember that getting up at 5 in the morning is beneficial for our body, but I don't know exactly what it is.

I think the only secret of those who wake up at 5 in the morning is that they have big goals in life. Some people get up involuntarily, but those who wake up at 5 voluntarily are the people who will drag their great success after them. Starting the day early increases our productivity in every sense. I wake up early too, but I'll try to wake up at 5 am sometime.
