We've all become addicted to our phones, computers, and other technological devices. This situation has many negative effects and we are all aware of these negative effects. We are affected both mentally and physically. We can try a technology detox to change this situation or at least reduce our addiction.

Technology detox is one of the things I want to do most in my life. I think it is something that should be tried for a day or a few days. Anyone who has successfully survived those days will eventually attain the freedom of technology as they wish. I will definitely try it one day.
