I had posture problems before the pandemic. But since I was living an active life, I did not have to care so much. My life passes in front of the computer, now that all areas of my life where I am active are restricted. As such, my posture problems gradually increased. Of course, many people are the same. I think exercise is a must.

From time to time, we should do exercises at home to compensate for this situation.
