Unfortunately, I am one of them. I usually can't sleep at night from thinking too much. If I can't sleep even though I'm sleepy, I get angry. Night sleep is really important. Another reason I can't sleep is probably that I drink a lot of coffee. But nothing beats a good night's sleep.

As the experiences you gain from life increase, the time to fall asleep at night increases proportionally. After a certain point, you start making plans like you put your head on the pillow at night, thinking about how you wouldn't have made the mistakes you made, and thinking about the radical changes you will make.
