One Raffles Place (formerly Overseas Union Bank Center or OUB Center) is a skyscraper located on Raffles Place in Downtown Core in Singapore. The building is 280 meters high and 63 floors and was completed in 1986. When completed, it was the tallest building outside of North America, and today it is Singapore's second tallest building. In 2012, a second 39-storey tower with a height of 209 meters was built.
