If this question came up to me a few years ago, I would say living in the moment. But now I plan at what time I will wake up, at what time I will have breakfast, and even at what time I will have coffee, even on days when I have nothing to do. I like to plan, but I guess I'm exaggerating. It seems that as one grows older, they are moving away from the idea of living in the moment.

This is actually a motive that changes in every phase of my life. I used to have no worries about life and I lived in the moment. But when things didn't go the way I hoped, I would start planning. I got older and now plans are a part of my life. If I don't plan, my next day and even my future will suffer.
