It's a perfect cycle. Of course, it's definitely unhealthy. There were times when I started the day with a few cups of coffee without breakfast, spent the afternoon with fast food, and spent the evening with beer and snacks. It's hard to realize how bad it is when you get into this cycle. But when you get a little farther, you realize how unhealthy it is.

It is a cycle in which I seriously jeopardize my health for a period and especially during the summer seasons. Do not think that morning coffee is limited to only one mug, I finish 5-6 cups by noon. Breakfast is 2 pastries, which I ate maximum. My lunch is rarely skipped with anything other than fast food. A beer combination right after a simple snack in the evening. I don't know how long I can live this kind of life, but it's very enjoyable.
