The tension created by the dementors and Sirius Black in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban was good. In the Goblet of Fire book, however, it was excellent in terms of reflecting the events more deeply and excitedly as Voldemort's power flared up. I can't pick one as the best, but Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is a little bit ahead of the rest for me.

It is the fourth book. Besides its clever fiction, the stones one by one in the final query shedding is also effective. It is the book in which Voldemort's horror is fully felt for the first time. I remember the monologues were great too. Of course, it is the book that I go back and forth between Order of the Phoenix and Goblet of Fire. I don't know the best, but I think the worst book and movie was Chamber of Secrets.
