No one understands people better than themselves. Of course, it's nice to go to the psychologist and be able to explain things. But I know there are many people who can't go and throw it in. Some are afraid to tell about their problems, while others think that it will not be useful to tell. In such situations, it is very important for people to be able to do things that make them feel good and to solve their own problems.

It is they who understand people best. We know and feel our inner world very well. When we think in this way, it is ourselves who understand ourselves best. We should value ourselves and do therapy, especially when we think nobody understands us.
